Everything about Lonnie, Studio 471 and Van Dorn Villa
Hello friends
Welcome to Studio 471 at VDV
I'm Lonnie — that guy in Studio 471. I built this website to keep you informed and entertained, with my live video podcast, my cooking videos, and everything happening here in our VDV condominium community.
This site is made for the residents and staff here at VDV, but all my friends are welcome to enjoy it also. .
Love you all… Lonnie, that guy in Studio 471
About this website
I plan on adding pictures and videos to this website on a weekly basis.
I am also in the process of getting everything set up and ready to go Live with a Video Podcast called Social Time With Lonnie. If all goes well, my plans are to Live Stream at least once a week. I will also be able to do Live Audio/Video Streams of any Event or Activity held here at VDV, directly to this website for all residents, to view and enjoy.
Something special to note, most likely towards the last week in November, 2026, my current Cooking Channel will be redirected to this website, along with a new name. I am still working out the details for my new Cooking videos at this time. I will be Streaming my pre-recorded cooking videos, directly to the Cooking With Chef Lon page on this website.
The Co-Owners, Residents, Staff, and the Board, here at VDV are encouraged to send me their pictures and videos to add to the Photo and Video page. I have also created a Studio 471 News Room page. Please feel free to contribute any newsworthy information that you would like everyone to know about.

Studio 471 Survey
During the development stage of this website, several VDV residents requested a Survey page. Therefore, I created a way to gather your thoughts and feedback on issues in our community. Your opinions matter. Do note, that your name and status of your vote stay confidential. Only polling/vote totals will be shown.

Studio 471 Merch
This is my own personal website, made for your enjoyment — not a commercial site. The items below are for your viewing enjoyment and can't be purchased directly from this site. If you'd like one of my custom coffee mugs, 20oz tumblers or door hangers, or anything else you find of interest, contact me and we'll sort it out. Don't see what you need? I'm happy to make something special just for you.
Ceramic coffee mugs — 15oz, 4.5″ tall × 3.375″ diameter
Please note: my dye-sublimation products are considered dishwasher safe, but I don't offer a dishwasher-safe warranty — I recommend hand wash only. The 20oz tumblers are double-walled and keep drinks hot or cold for several hours.
